鲍鱼炖鸡汤料 / Abalone and Chicken Herbal soup spices

成份:
鲍鱼粉,当归,玉竹, 党参,北芪,甘草,螺片,小包药材与调味料(特制秘方)等等。

材料:
鸡一只,清水3公升,(定好) 鲍鱼炖鸡汤料一包。

煮法:
1. 先将清水3公升(约6碗水)煮滚。
2.加入(定好)鲍鱼炖鸡汤料及鸡肉或其他肉类,小包药材(不可剪开)
3.用小火煮约1至2小时或肉软即可上桌。


Ingredients :
Abalone sauce, Chinese Angelica, rhizoma polygonati odorati, radix codonopsis pilosulae, astragalus, radis rlycymhizae, luo piano, special herbs and seasoning recipe.

Preparation : One chicken, 3 liters of water, and a pack of abalone stewed chicken soup.

Cooking method:
1. Boil 3 liters of water (about 6 bowls) first.
2. Add (set) abalone stewed chicken soup, chicken or other meats, a small packet of medicinal materials (not cut)
3. Cook on low heat for about 1 to 2 hours or the meat is soft before serving.
